This plan is customized to you based on your Basil Metabolic Rate (BMR), Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE), and your goals.
How this works is we need to first calculate your BMR and TDEE. We do this by using your height, weight, age, activity level and goals. So please be sure to give us valid contact information. Once we have that information we will calculate your TDEE. Depending on your goals we will then make you a macro plan laying out how many grams of Protein, carbs, and fats you should be eating per day.
We also provide some nutrition tips, an organized list displaying which foods are better and worst for your diet. Of those foods you will plug and play to create your diet
